BIR Donee Certification for being accredited by PCNC, BIR Certificate of Registration #136-2007. Issued December 14, 2007 provided for IMMFI status as a Doneed Institution. This entitles donors of IMMFI to full or limited tax deduction pursuant to section 34 (H)(1) or (2), and exemption from donor's tax to Section 101 (A)(3) of the National Internal Revenue Code of 1997, subject to the representations and commitments set forth in the application for accreditation filed with PCNC.
